Measurement is key to traditional and online media, but what about user-generated content and social media? What do you measure and how?

In this SWOM Wednesday Webinar, social media consultant and author Dave Evans explains how to effectively measure the results of participating with customers in forums and online conversations. Dave EvansDave Evans is the author of “Social Media Marketing: An Hour a Day,” a guide to implementing and measuring social media in integrated marketing programs. Dave is also co-founder of Digital Voodoo, a provider of social media marketing services. In 2005, he co-founded HearThis.com, a podcasting service that focuses on social media and marketing. Dave holds a B.S. in physics and mathematics from the State University of New York/College at Brockport and has served on the advisory board of ad:tech and the Measurement and Metrics Council of WOMMA.
